With over 15 years in banking and decades of leadership in rural development, Madhu K K brings deep experience and a people-first vision to MKARE. As Chairman, he ensures our rehabilitation services remain ethical, accessible, and community-focused—especially for rural and semi-urban populations.
A pioneer of financial inclusion in Kerala, Madhu previously led OWERD, creating India’s first moneylender-free village, and served as MD of Redfarms India Ltd, a farmers’ federation. His contributions to inclusive banking and social empowerment have shaped real change across Thrissur.
At MKARE, he combines healthcare innovation with his legacy of grassroots transformation—proving that dignity, care, and opportunity belong to everyone.
Advaith M Krishna

At just 25, Advaith M Krishna turned personal pain into a powerful mission. Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2017, his difficult recovery journey revealed a critical gap in structured rehabilitation care. What began as a personal struggle became the foundation for MKARE Physical Medical Rehabilitation—a center designed to offer the kind of post-hospital support he once needed.
A graduate of Christ College, Irinjalakuda, and former student of CMI Public School, Chalakudy and currently pursuing MBA (Healthcare and Hospital management) from SRM IST Chennai. Advaith combined personal experience with purpose-driven leadership to build a compassionate, patient-first recovery center—now a beacon of hope for those in need of long-term care and healing.
